How does mobile service work?
We come to your home, workplace, or other safe location and perform the repair on-site. All that’s required is:
A safe, level surface
Enough space to work around the vehicle
Most standard brake jobs take approximately 1–2 hours depending on the vehicle and condition.
Do you provide the parts, or can I supply my own?
We can provide quality parts through trusted suppliers, or you may supply your own parts if preferred. If providing your own parts, they must match the vehicle specifications to ensure proper installation.
Is there a service or inspection fee?
Yes. A service/inspection fee may apply if a repair is not performed. If you move forward with the recommended repair, that fee may be waived or applied toward the service total.
You will always be informed of pricing before any work begins.

Are you registered and insured?
Northside Mobile Service is a registered Illinois LLC. We are in the process of activating our business insurance policy and operate in compliance with local regulations.
What if additional issues are found during service?
If we discover anything beyond the original repair request, we will stop and explain the issue before proceeding. No additional work is performed without your approval.
Do you offer warranty?
Parts carry manufacturer warranties when applicable. Labor warranty details will be discussed at the time of service.
